On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of “Gatsuurt” LLC and the 60th anniversary of the establishment and development of Agricultural sector and bringing cultivation in Mongolia, we have honored D.Jargal, a senior technician, who dedicated his heart and efforts to the agricultural sector and became a role model for the younger generation, with an “Honorary Award” of 2 million MNT and a one-room apartment certificate and declared the value of his work and contribution to Mongolia.

Senior worker D.Jagral was born in 1958 in Kharkhorin soum, Uvurkhangai province. He earned his profession of tractor and combine operator at the Technical Institute for Agriculture in Omsk city, Russia.

D.Jargal shared his memory with us that his career began when he has had started to work as a tractor operator at the Kharkhorin State Farm in 1976 which was the beginning of his work to dedicate all his hard work and heart to agricultural sector. He has been working at “Gatsuurt” LLC as a technician and operator since 2003 until now and had been working continuously in the agriculture sector for 44 years.

Moreover, he is the first tractor and combine operator who had domesticated world’s leading company in agriculture sector’s technology and equipment manufacturer, company with 220 years of history John Deere’s tractors and combines in Mongolian agriculture sector and its soil.

D.Jargal work with the equipment in charge with great care, provides timely maintenance and technical readiness, has a good reputation among his colleagues, is a good role model for the younger generation which he constantly instructs and gives advice, is meticulous in his work and always works with sincere heart. He is not only an employee of “Gatsuurt” LLC but also a history creator of Mongolia's agriculture sector.

• - Diploma and monetary prize for 1985-1986 Soum’s champion tractor driver of Kharkhorin State Farm

• - 1988 Champion tractor driver of Uvurkhangai province,

• - 1989 Medal of Honor of the Land Cultivation,

• - 1989 Visited the Democratic People's Republic of Korea as a delegate to the 13th World Youth Student Festival with the invitation of the Mongolian Children and Youth Association’s Central Committee.

• - 1986-1990 8th Five-Year Plan’s Gavshgai Medal and Congratulatory Letter,

• - 1991-2002 “Khan Tamga” JSC's Congratulatory letters with valuable items,

• - 2004 Gatsuurt LLC's Congratulatory letter, monetary prize,

• - 2006 Gatsuurt LLC’s “Team Leader” award and monetary prize,

• - 2007 Congratulatory letter and monetary prize,

• - 2009 Leading employee of the food industry medal from the Ministry of Food and Agriculture,

• - 2014 Congratulatory letter and monetary prize,

• - 2017 He was awarded with the Labor Medal of Honor.

Company management handed over the key to the new apartment, for the appreciation of his hard work, on the 3^rd day of Autumn’s first month.
