Promoting ethics and positive attitudes by improving family relationships and positive forms of communication, and increasing competence can be of paramount importance to parents' education as well as child’s development. Furthermore, international studies have shown that warm family relationships positively impact on their productivity, thus it is possible to make work and private lives happier through positive relationships. Therefore, Gatsuurt LLC organized "The positive family atmosphere impact on productivity and quality of life" training with Mongolia-Sweden Society for its officer workers for the upcoming International Day of Families.
